looking for a customer service
representative or customer service
person is wanted this is not a sales
position so you don't have to worry
about having to you know make some sales
you're just basically doing customer
service work
so

weekly basis
through ach deposits
and at 90 days your performance will be
reviewed
if you pass the review you'll be raised
to twenty dollars per hour for this
position and after seven full months of
working with them they will also offer a
book of business bonus in which you will
receive a small percentage of the
monthly payments of each of the clients
that they manage okay so you can earn a
lot more money than the hourly you can
earn additional income on top of the
hourly that you make okay

you must have a computer internet access
phone and quiet place to make calls
now i'm not sure if you'll be able to
use your cell phone you might be able to
do so

a plus but it's not a requirement so if
you are aware of ringcentral you can

definitely do so
must be available part time to provide
customer support around 20 hours a week
at first and later to expand your hours
over time okay so between monday through
there's no weekends they don't
don't have to worry about working on the
weekends nights and weekends are not
required nor anticipated they must be
willing to dedicate time to learning
their marketing methods and how they
apply to attorneys okay they also listed
their skills fluency microsoft excel
word gmail etc excellent communication
in writing and out and over the phone
ability to meet deadlines is essential
must be organized must be successfully
must successfully complete the screening
process they also have a list of their
responsibilities so i'm going to leave

like lawyers or believe that they
represent only guilty or bad people then

valuable service so you must feel
similar so if you have something against
lawyers or that area then i don't
recommend you apply for this position um
if you do but you can keep that your
opinions to yourself or whatever then
okay by any means you can go ahead and
apply for this job or if you know
someone who'll be interested share this

can be aware that there's other work
